Abstract
This master thesis is focused on Analyse of Customer Behaviour on the Short-term Accomodation Market. The aim of the master thesis is to help owners of short term accomomodation facilities to understand consumer attitudes and behavior and to improve and optimize their offer on this market. The characteristic part of the master thesis defined this market and the basic distribution channels in this market are described too. The thesis is based on the marketing research focused on the analysis of consumer behavior in the market of short-term accommodation facilities, realized through electronic questionnaire survey. After the completing were the data collected and according to them have been given suggestions and recommendations, which could help owners of short term accomomodation facilities to improve promoting of their offers.
