Abstract

The Thesis deals with the area of personnel audit. The main objective is to determine the procedure for implementing the personnel audit in the state enterprise Lesy SR. The first part of this thesis deals with the theoretical basis of personnel audit and staff evaluation. The second part describes the characteristics of the organization and its activities. The practical part of thesis focuses on the employees evaluation, creating forms and steps for a structured interview, and creating a questionnaire related to an implementation of the personnel audit.
