Vyhodnocení outsourcingu interní logistiky průmyslového podniku

Abstract

The subject of the thesis is „The evaluation of the outsourcing of internal logistics of an industrial enterprise.“ The thesis is divided into two parts. The practical part is aimed at an analysis of the current state of internal logistics with regards to the amount of manipulated palletes, the extent of utilization of handling technology and current costs of palettes. The second part deals with key factors of outsourcing by means of SWOT analysis. Furthermore, the costs for a manipulated palette have been calculated and key customers and the turnover of supplies have been established by means of ABC analysis.
