Strategická analýza nulové tolerance města Bohumína

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou analyzování, respektive konkrétními analytickými činnostmi, nezbytnými pro fungování současného managementu obcí a jeho efektivního rozhodování při řízení těchto správních celků. Na podmínkách konkrétního města je zde proveden rozbor zjištěných problémů a identifikace konkrétních provedených opatření ve smyslu projektu „nulové tolerance“. Součástí práce je vyhodnocení efektivity provedených opatření a jejich reálný dopad na další vývoj ve městě. Všechny sledované strategické oblasti jsou hodnoceny na pozadí a ve struktuře PEST analýzy, tedy podle politických, legislativních, ekonomických, sociálních, kulturních i technologických vlivů. Všechna osvědčená efektivní opatření jsou v závěru práce formulována do obecných doporučení, využitelných v jakékoliv obci.

This thesis focuses on the analysis or on the analytical activities that are necessary for the current municipality management and its efficient deciding during the process of the municipalities managing. On the conditions of concrete municipality are the analysis of identified problems and identifications of concrete arrangements within the project of the „zero tolerance“ done. There is the evaluation of efficiency of the arrangements that have been done and its effect on the future progress in the municipality. All of the monitored strategic areas are evaluated on the background and in the structure of the PEST analysis, according to political, legal, economical, social, cultural and technological influences. At the end of the thesis, all of the effective arrangements that have been done are formulated in the general recommendations that can be used in any municipality.
