Finanční hospodaření Charity Šternberk

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku finančního hospodaření Charity Šternberk, která spadá pod účelová zařízení Římskokatolické církve. Cílem práce je především zhodnotit hospodaření této nestátní neziskové organizace ve zvoleném časovém období. Práce je rozdělena na část praktickou a teoretickou. Praktická část ve svém úvodu nastiňuje postavení církví a náboženských společností v České republice, zabývá se jejich vznikem a způsobem financování. Dále pojednává obecně o účelových zařízeních registrovaných církví v ČR, která poskytují charitativní služby. Zabývá se vnikem těchto zařízení a zásadami jejich hospodaření. Praktická část nejprve blíže popisuje Charitu Šternberk, její vznik, obsah její činnosti, charakteristiku jednotlivých poskytovaných služeb a organizační strukturu. Dále je zde provedena analýza finančního hospodaření pomocí finančních analýz výnosů, nákladů, rozvahy a SWOT analýzy. V závěru praktické části je provedeno celkové zhodnocení hospodaření Charity Šternberk.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the economic activities of Šternberk Charity, which belongs to specific institutions of Roman Catholic Church. The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the economic activities of this non-state non-profit institution in a certain period. This thesis is separated to the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part outlines the position of churches and denominations in the Czech Republic, it deals with their establishment and the ways of funding. It is also concerned in generally with specific institutions of registered churches in Czech Republic providing with charity services. The practical part describes the Šternberk Charity, the establishment, the activity field, the characteristics of particular services and the structure of this institution. There is the analysis of the economic activities with the help of financial analysis of the revenues, costs, balance sheet and the SWOT analysis. At the end of the practical part there is the global evaluation of economic activities of the Šternberk Charity.
