Územní studie rozvojové zóny v Uherském Hradišti - Jarošově

Abstract

The aim of my bachelor thesis is a proposal of the house building in the developing zone on the outskirts of the city. The site itself is located in the city district of UH named Jarošov. The zoning study has been processed with regard to urban and technical conditions and in accordance with the zoning plan of the city of Uherske Hradiste and use of the area for individual housing. The proposal contains two options. One of them has been selected as the most appropriate and is further elaborated in detail. The thesis contains an urban solution with an emphasis on proper form and orientation of the proposed buildings. The solution also includes a proposal for technical and transport infrastructure visualization and assessment of the financial costs.
