Systém komunikace s občany statutárního města

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the system of communication with the citizens of the statutory city. Its aim is to assess the forms of communication used in the conditions of the city of Havířov with respect to the citizens. It also deals with the development and the conditions for providing information in accordance with the Act on Free Access to information for the period 2008-2012. The theoretical part deals with the communication in the public administration from the perspective of systems and tasks in public administration, government, communication and its types. The forms of communication in the public administration are included as well. Furthermore, the thesis is focused on the administration of Havířov. It describes the statutory city in general and it also describes the city of Havířov and its organization of the administration. The practical part deals with the forms of communication with the citizens of Havířov. The last chapter summarizes the key findings from the individual chapters including some recommendations.
