The general topic of my bachelor's thesis is a partial part of the project documentation for building permits prepared in accordance with Decree No. 405/2017 Coll. It is a three-storey,
non-basement apartment building with an irregular floor plan, which will be covered with a flat, single-skin roof. There are 8 residential units in the apartment building. On the first floor there are also common areas, which include a bicycle shed, a carriage house, a utility room and a cellar for each apartment unit.
The main purpose of my bachelor's thesis is to process the construction technology of the ceiling structure from the YTONG system, including its time schedule and item budget.
The aim of my bachelor's thesis is a comprehensive design of a load-bearing, thermally and acoustically compliant ceiling structure, which consists of a YTONG ceiling structure and reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling balcony slabs.
