Abstract

The subject of this thesis is to develop the project for construction of the hotel with restaurant and fitness centre- Kutná Hora. The thesis contains a technical report prepared in accordance with Decree no. 499/2006 Coll., as amended no. 62/2013 Coll., about documentation of buildings. It also includes the heat-technical expertise of cooled parts of the building, then considerations of the building in terms of energy efficiency of buildings and finally relevant technical drawings. The proposed facility is designed as a skeletal supporting structure with three floors, single-skin roof and ventilate façade. The aim of the thesis is to design building complying with requirements of technical standards.
