Zásady pro posuzování možnosti narušení činnosti orgánu krizového řízení

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce „Zásady pro posuzování možnosti narušení činnosti orgánu krizového řízení“ je analýza současného stavu řešené problematiky a návrh již zmíněných zásad pro posuzování. Tematicky je práce rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. V první části je definována krizová situace, organizace krizového řízení, bezpečnostní rady a krizové štáby. V druhé části je uvedeno, jak problematiku krizových štábů řeší ve Slovenské republice a v Polsku. Poslední část je zaměřena na narušení činnosti orgánu krizového řízení a stanovení zásad pro posuzování možnosti narušení činnosti orgánu krizového řízení.

The subject of the diploma thesis „Principles for Assessing a Possibility of Disruption of the Action of a Crisis Management Authority“ is analysis of the current state solved issue and proposal to the aforementioned principles for assesment. Thematically, the work is divided into three basic parts. The first part describes the crisis situations, the organization of the crisis management, the safety councils and the task force. In the second part, there is a description of how the problem of the task force is dealt with in the Slovak republic and in the Poland. The last part is focused on disruption of the action of a crisis management and assessment principles for assessing a possibility of disruption of the action of a crisis managemnt authority.
