Využití virtuálních týmů pro práci v krizových štábech

Abstract

Práce se zabývá možnostmi využití virtuálních týmů pro práci v krizových štábech. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části práce je popsána teorie krizového řízení, managementu virtuálních týmů a kybernetické bezpečnosti. Praktická část byla provedena v největším zdravotnickém zařízení Moravskoslezského kraje – Fakultní nemocnice Ostrava a obsahuje analýzu současného stavu využití virtuálních týmů v krizovém řízení nemocnice, návrh organizační struktury virtuálního krizového štábu, výběr vhodného nástroje pro videokonference a jeho následnou implementaci do krizového řízení Fakultní nemocnice Ostrava.

The thesis deals with the possibilities of using virtual teams for work in crisis staffs. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the theory of crisis management, virtual team management and cybersecurity. The practical part was carried out in the largest medical facility of the Moravian-Silesian Region – Fakultní nemocnice Ostrava and includes an analysis of the current state of use of virtual teams in crisis management of the hospital, a proposal of the organizational structure of the virtual crisis management team, the selection of a suitable tool for videoconferencing and its subsequent implementation into crisis management of the Fakultní nemocnice Ostrava.
