Stanovení hodnoty společnosti OKIN GROUP, a.s.

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývý oceněním podniku. Cílem práce je stanovit hodnotu podniku OKIN GROUP, a.s. k datu 31. 12. 2016 použitím několika oceňovacích metod. Cíl práce je spojen s potřebou aplikovat řadu analytických metod, které je nutné aplikovat v rámci řádného procesu ocenění. Teoretická část práce uvádí důležitou terminologii spojenou s oceňováním podniku. Značná část praktické části práce je zaměřena na aplikaci vybraných metod strategické analýzy. Následně byly použity tři rozdílné metody stanovení hodnoty podniku. Výsledky ocenění jsou poté navzájem porovnány v rámci poslední části práce, reprezentující závěrečné shrnutí.

This thesis is focused on evaluation of a company. The goal of the thesis is to evaluate a company OKIN GROUP, a.s. as of a date of 31/12/2016 by using multiple evaluation methods. The main goal of the thesis is tied to a need to apply a set of analytical methods, which are vital to complete within a proper evaluation process. Theoretical part of the thesis introduces essential terminology related to the field of company evaluation. Considerable part of the practical part of the thesis focuses on application of chosen methods of strategic analysis. Subsequently three different evaluation methods were used to determine the value of the chosen company. Results of the evaluation are then compared with each other within the last part of the thesis representing a final summarization.
