Abstract

In the thesis general development of environment protection both at international and also at Czech national level is presented. A survey of tools and principles used in environment protection is given. The thesis also includes a review of legal provisions regulating environment protection by means of penal and administrative law. Finally, actual application of penal and administrative laws governing environment protection including suggested measures for improvement of present conditions is presented.
