Ekonomické zhodnocení investičního záměru

Abstract

Diplomová práce pojednává o zhodnocení investičního záměru, který umožní flexibilnější a efektivnější nasazení paroplynového zdroje v portfoliu ČEZ a.s. V úvodu popisuje strukturu ČEZ a.s. včetně krátkého rozboru aktivit a hospodaření. Navazuje pasáž teoretické části popisující způsoby možných výpočtů doby návratnosti investice. Popisem investičních variant je ukončena teoretická část. Praktická část se věnuje predikci vývoje cen elektrické energie a zemního plynu. Závěr praktické části hodnotí posuzované varianty s důrazem na podrobnější rozbor ekonomicky výhodnějšího investičního záměru.

This thesis is dealing with the investment plan evaluation which enables to flexible and effective operation of combined cycle power plant in ČEZ company portfolio. In the introduction is described the ČEZ company structure including the economy and brief assets analysis. Further follows the teoretical passage part which describes possible calculation methods of Return on Investment. The practical part dedicates to the natural gas and electric power price development forecast. The conclusion of the practical part evaluates the options assessment to place emphasis on detailed analysis of economically viable investment plan.
