Problémové aspekty obchodního jednání s jinou kulturou

Abstract

The aim of the work is to find cultural gaps between the Czech Republic and South Korea, which hinder the smooth trade with this country. The assumption is that due to cultural differences, it is not easy for Czech employees to adopt the Korean management style. On the other hand, even for Korean managers, it is not always easy to understand the behavior of Czech subordinates.
