Abstract

The aim of this bachelor work is to evaluate the development of small business. In the theoretical part are basic concepts and analyzes that are necessary for proper evaluation. Flowes Šárka Hájková is selected and evaluated for the purposes of this work. Next is the practical analysis of internal and external environment of the company, reviewed the current financial situation and business development opportunities. Based on the information and results are made the recommendations that will improve the position of small business in the market.
