Abstract

This master thesis deals with the issue of drives composed of low-voltage modular frequency inverters Sinamics S120. The opening theoretical part is focused on the familiarization with the conveyor system and principle of its function. Theoretical part further deals with the detailed analysis of selected types of drives and their peripherals. The last part of the theoretical part is dedicated to the STARTER program for parameterization and commissioning of the Sinamics family drives. The task of the practical part of this thesis is bringing the conveyor system into the mode for the possibility of controlling selected drives from the superior user interface STARTER and the possibility of measurement the laboratory tasks using this interface. Therefore, in the practical are at first made settings and optimalization of regulators based on the methods of optimal mode and symmetric optimum with presented measurement results. After that, all parameterizations to enable the transition of conveyor to this mode are made. In the last part of the thesis are presented the measurement results of individual parameterizations and behavior of the drives in these settings.
