Analýza údržby a oprav ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat údržbu ve výrobním podniku ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Ostrava a.s. a navrhnout řešení, které údržbu, potažmo samotnou výrobu, zefektivní. První část obsahuje vysvětlení teoretických poznatků ohledně logistiky a údržby. V praktické části je popsáno, jak funguje údržba v podniku, dále je provedena Paretova analýza na základě počtu poruch strojů a délky oprav strojů. Následně je použita 5 Whys metoda ke zjištění základní příčiny problémů a jsou provedena opatření k odstranění těchto problémů. Poté je proveden výpočet celkové produktivity zařízení před a po provedení opatření a tyto hodnoty jsou porovnány. Nakonec je navrženo řešení, které údržbu zefektivní.

The goal of the diploma thesis is to analyze the maintenance in the manufacturing company ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Ostrava a.s. and to propose the solution, which should make the maintenance, respectively the production, more effective. The first part contains a theoretical explanation regarding logistics and maintenance. The practical part describes how the maintenance works in the company, then the Pareto analysis based on the number of failures of machines and the duration of repairs of machines is executed. After that the 5 Whys method is used to identify the root cause of these problems and measures are taken to resolve the problems. Thereafter the Overall Equipment Effectiveness is calculated before and after the measures and these 2 numbers are compared. In conclusion, the solution that offers more effective maintenance is proposed.
