Abstract
The aim of this thesis is a proposal for a model of heart-attack and description of its functioning. The thesis is diveded into two parts, theoretical part and practical part. In the theoretical part, there are both anatomical and physiological descpription of the heart. The theory of ischemia in relation to myocardical infarction and its impact on physiological functions is also discussed in the first part of the thesis. The practical part is divided into four parts. In the first one, the construction of the physiological model of the heart is described. The second part is focused on the proposal and realization of hardware for the demonstration of the acute myocardical infarction. The penultimate part deals with the communication of the model with a PC. In the last part, a software for visualization of the physiological data of place and extent of the infarction is described.
