Analýza aplikace statistické regulace na proces krimpování

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaobírá analýzou stávajícího fungování statistické regulace procesu krimpování ve společnosti, která produkuje výrobky z velké části určené pro automobilový průmysl. Hlavním cílem práce je odhalit slabá místa v zavedené statistické regulaci procesu krimpování a navrhnout možná zlepšení. První část bakalářské práce je soustředěna na teoretická východiska problematiky a popis výrobního procesu krimpování. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu stávajícího stavu využívání statistické regulace procesu, která je provedena šetřením autora za pomocí dotazníku. Slabá místa jsou vyhodnocena pomocí Paretovy analýzy.

This thesis deals with the analysis of the current functioning of statistical process control of crimping in a company that produces products in large part for the automotive industry. The revelation of weak points in implemented statistical process control of crimping and suggestion of possible improvements are the main objectives of this work. The first part of the thesis is focused on the theoretical basis of the problem and description of the production process of crimping. The practical part focuses on the analysis of current state of statistical process control, which is also supported by the originally designed questionnaire and its analysis. Weak points in current state of statistical process control are analysed using Pareto analysis.
