Abstract

Zdeněk Trefil The subject of my bachelor thesis „Apartments in Moravska Ostrava“ is the elaboration of project documentation for realisation of construction according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. referring to the building documentation. The building is situated on the plot in Ostrava, specificially in the Moravska Ostrava district, on Hotnopolni street. The five-floor building is mainly used for residential purposes. Seven apartments are situated on each floor with the parterre being comprised of premises available to be rented as business units with sanitary facilities. Furthermore, these premises accommodate storage space for the tenants, and the entry hall, which is further connected to the other floors. The basis for this elaboration was an architectural and urbanistic study which follows the project elaborated in the Studio Work III and Studio Work IV under the guidance of Ing. arch. Aleš Vojtasík
