Thesis supervisor: Ing. arch. Radim Václavík. The topic of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of the project documentation for the realisation of the family semi-detached house at the plot number 306/42 in cadastral territory Muglinov according to the ordinance 499/2006 Sb. (according to amendment by later transcripts) about documentation oof buildings. The basis for elaboration of the Bachelor thesis is an architectural study from the subject Design studio I – academic year 2020/2021, supervisor Ing. arch. Radim Václavík. This study was developer more in details and reworked in the subject Design studio V – academic year 2023/2024, supervisor of the project Ing. arch. Radim Václavík and consultant of civil engineering Ing. Marek Jašek, Ph.D. The Bachelor thesis contains project documentation of the construction and the text part with concomitant, summary and technical report relating to the object and the plot.
