Ověření účinnosti Fomitopsis pinicola k snížení obsahu chloridů v reálných vzorcích důlní vody z dolů Darkov a ČSM jih

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on verifying the effectiveness of the biosorbent Ttroudnatec pásový (Fomitopsis pinicola) to reduce the chloride content in real samples of mine water from the Darkov and ČSM jih mines. The content of the work is a description of the current state of the problem, the biosorption process from a general point of view and a closer focus on biosorption performed in a dynamic system. The basis of the work is a description of the optimal conditions of biosorption of the monitored biosorbent, obtained by research in a static batch system, and their subsequent use in a dynamic system. Also investigating factors affecting the dynamic system, such as column flow rate and column column height. The result of the work is an assessment of the efficiency of biosorption by Troudnatec pásový using a dynamic system on real samples of mine water from the above-mentioned Ostrava-Karviná mines and thus provide sources for subsequent possible verification on operational and technological wastewater and for use in real operation.
