Vliv vlastností formovací směsi na jakost odlitku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem optimální formovací směsi pro výrobu ocelových odlitků v podmínkách společnosti Slévárny Třinec, a.s., s důrazem na povrchovou jakost odlitku, a také návrhem zkušebního modelového zařízení. Teoretická část je věnována rozboru formovacích směsí a povrchových vad odlitků. V experimentální části je popsán průběh experimentu, rozbor jednotlivých částí experimentu a shrnutí s navrženou optimalizací.

This diploma thesis is looking for optimal molding mixture for the production of steel castings under the conditions of the company Slévárny Třinec, a.s. Emphasis is placed on the surface quality of the casting and as well as the design of the model. The teoretical part is dedicated to the analysis of molding mixtures and surface defects on castings. The experimantal part describes the course of the experiment, the analysis and the summary with the proposed optimization.
