Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to create detailed signal processing instructions for working in the
system Scilab as an alternative to commercial system MATLAB and Simulink. Scilab is a math
program for numerical computations, containing a number of toolboxes, such as graphics and
visualization environment provided by the Xcos environment, which will be the main topic of
this manual. Comparison of work with Simulink and Xcos is also included .
