Pracovní motivace zaměstnanců vybrané průmyslové organizace

Abstract

Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám pracovní motivací zaměstnanců vybrané průmyslové organizace. Studovanou organizací je světově známá metalurgická společnost a jeden z největších zaměstnavatelů v kraji ArcelorMittal Ostrava, a.s. Má práce je rozdělena do několika částí, po úvodu následuje část teoretická, ve které se snažím nastínit tuto problematiku v oblasti teorie. Další částí je charakteristika zkoumané organizace, která popisuje objekt mé studie. V části čtvrté – analytické – se soustředím na analýzu této organizace v oblasti motivace zaměstnanců, prvky důležité v procesu motivace a jiné aspekty přispívající k motivovanosti personálu. Popisuji metody, které jsem použil a také výsledky této analýzy. Následující kapitole uvádím v návaznosti na zjištěné poznatky návrhy pro management společnosti a v části poslední uzavírám celou práci.

The main topic of my master thesis is work motivation of employees of the selected industrial organization. In this case the selected organization is worldwide known metalurgic company and one of the largest employers in the region ArcelorMittal Ostrava. My thesis is devided into several parts, after introduction follows the teoretical part, that contains the topic of motivation described in theory. Next part is a description of the selected organization. In the fourth analytic chapter I focused on the analysis that organization in the field of staff motivation, important points in the proces of motivation and other aspects that contribute to the motivation of employees. I described used methods and also the results of the analysis. In the next chapter I stated proposals for the management of the organization and the last chapter conludes the whole thesis.
