Penzion v pasivním standardu na bázi dřeva s využitím izolace na bázi slámy

Abstract

The diploma thesis: "Pension in the passive standard based on using wood-based insulation straw" is elaboration of project documentation for the construction project according to the diploma work. The building is situated on land in Ostrava with regard to the use of the compass and terrain. Building construction under a gable roof is designed on the basis of wood in form of beams STEICO using natural materials, straw bale, as thermal insulation. Southern roof plane uses solar radiation, solar and photovoltaic panels. The aim of this thesis is to design a healthy living in a modern house, where there are facilities for guests, lounge, utility room and living for the owner of the house. The main principle of the project was to use as many natural materials and burden the environment more than necessary. This thesis consists of the construction part, on an assessment of the thermal properties of packaging structures, evaluation of daylighting and insolation and project internal and external drains.
