Abstract
The aim of my bachelor thesis was to define the concepts in the field of management and beach volleyball, which I discuss in the first theoretical part. In the second practical part, my intention was to prepare and organize a beach volleyball camp for girls in their junior years and increase the awareness of this sport in the Czech Republic.
