Abstract
This bachelor assignment „ Potentialities of Expansion of Small Firm” aims to found available strategy to expansion of small firm, using concrete an example in practice. The basis for the strategy proposal of development is strategy analysis (financial and SWOT analysis). The final part of this work is focused on evaluation of strategy proposal. In the practical part, the external and internal analysis of particular enterprise is executed, and findings are summarized in the SWOT analysis.
