Analýza procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Diploma thesis deals with analysis of choice and employees recruitment in certain organizaton. The goal of this work is to make analysis of given process in company ROBE lighting SRO and by establishing that alert on its shortages, suggest, make and recommend possible solutions of found problems which could improve efficiency of process itself. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part there is a characterization of the basic notions and methods of choice and employees recruitment. The practical part focus on that process in ROBE company. This process is carried out on the base of internal documentation and findings aquired on job interview. Another source of information for assessment of this process are results of questionnaires. The conclusion of work contain proposals and recommendation how to improve current process of choice and recruitment empoloyees.
