Abstract
The thesis is focused on procurement and tendering procedure. It describes the entire procurement process from beginning to end. It is neatly divided into chapters based on the procurement procedure and its entire course. The practical part describes the main problems of the topic and subsequent amendments, proposed an amendment to the Law on Public Procurement. Based on the comments, they are designed to improve the market situation with public procurement.
