Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with a comparison of legal and illegal forms of employment. The work is divided into three chapters (plus an introduction and conclusion). The first chapter describes the legal forms of employment and the second one illegal ways. These chapters are largely theoretical. The following chapter is practical. Compares and evaluates these forms of employment. At the end of this chapter is evaluated which form is the most suitable for employee, employer and the state.
