Abstract
Thesis deals with the distribution of a limited liability company with the formation of new company. The aim of this work was to apply models of fragmentation and cleavage of a specific company and recommend management which variant is preferable.The purpose of this work was to give a comprehensive picture on the theoretical and practical level, how to split a cleavage took place and identify problems in connection with this conversion occurred.
