Hodnocení motivačních faktorů zaměstnanců střední školy

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the motivation factors and determine their impact on high school staff. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The content of the theoretical part is the definition of motivation and characteristic of work motivational factors selected on the basis of motivation theory. Within the practical part, a secondary school is described, in which a questionnaire survey is carried. In the next chapter using the questionnaire, employees' opinions on motivational factors and satisfaction with these factors are examined. On the basis of the results from the questionnaire, possible recommendations are proposed at the end which could lead to the improvement of the employee motivation and satisfaction.
