Abstract

This Master Thesis entitled the «Financial Performance Assessment of a Company» applies selected methods of financial analysis on a specific company in order to assess its financial situation. The theoretical part covers individual methods of financial analysis and their description. This theory is then applied in the practical part on Startronic s.r.o., a construction company. In conclusion I will assess the financial position of this company based on the calculations performed and the improvement proposals to its situation in comparison to its industry competitors.
