Cenomanské glaukonitické pískovce a jílovce z východočeské křídy

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with characteristic qualities of glauconitic sandstone and claystone from the area of Záměl, which uniquely reveals the profile of the whole period of cenoman. The research part focuses on demarcating the Bohemian Cretaceous Basin and its stratigraphic development. The practical part describes the given locality, its geological structure, and basic petrographic and mineralogic qualities of cenoman sandstone and claystone in the locality. It also considers the qualities of porous space as well as rock-water interaction in a dynamic regime of absorption and vaporisation. Usage of glauconitic sandstone and claystone in historical and present architecture is also described.
