Abstract

In my bachelor’s work I deal with the qualitative study of restaurant’s establishments in town Uherské Hradiště. First of all I explained the key terms belonging to the tourist industry and gastronomy. I concentrated on the local pizza restaurants. I explored if the customers are satisfied and if there are enough pizza restaurants in Uherské Hradiště. For my goal I used a questionnaire. I came to the conclusion that most customers are satisfied with the quality of restaurants in Uherské Hradiště. They are not satisfied with the qualification of the staff. The owners of the restaurants said that they do not require special education from gastronomy for their employees.
