Analýza a návrh zlepšení procesu navažování etanolu při výrobě léčiv.

Abstract

The aim of this work is an analyzis of the current state of ethanol weighing used in pharmaceutical production in a company that I work for and to propose an improved process, which would eliminate the deficiencies. Analysis and proposal will be carried out with the aim achieve higher accuracy in weighing of ethanol, as accuracy is particularly in pharmaceutical production very important. In addition to accuracy, however, safety must be respected, because it is manipulated with flammable liquid of category 2. The analysis and new proposal also reflect this aspect. End of the work will evaluate benefits of a new ethanol weighing in comparison to former weighing. The main benefit of this work is refining of ethanol weighing together with safety regulations for handling with ethanol. The proposal will be implemented into production and its evaluation will take place directly in the running of production.
