Příprava, organizace a řízení sportovní akce

Abstract

Cíl práce byl rozbor problematiky spojené s přípravou, organizací a řízením sportovní akce. Pro získání nezbytných informací bylo kromě vymezení klíčových pojmů z oblasti managementu využito také metody dotazování, konkrétně dotazníkového šetření.

Cíle bylo splněno, sportovní akce se uskutečnila a setkala s úspěchem. Bylo zjištěno, že studenti mají zájem o další akce podobného charakteru. Na základě výsledků vlastního výzkumného šetření byly získané poznatky společně se získanými zkušenostmi transformovány do návrhů a doporučení, které by mohly být přínosné pro budoucí organizátory obdobných sportovních událostí.

The aim of the paper was the analysis of the issue of preparation, organization and management of a sport event. Apart from the definition of keywords from the management field, the method of questioning was applied to gather the necessary information, namely the questionnaire survey.

The aim was accomplished; the sport event was realized and met with success. It was settled that students are interested in further events of similar type. On the basis of the results of the survey, the assembled information together with the acquired experience were transformed into proposals and recommendations, which could be convenient for the future organizers of similar sport events.
