Návrh nositelného zařízení pro měření EKG s využitím textilních elektrod

Abstract

The bachelor’s thesis deals with acquiring a twelve-lead electrocardiogram from the human body using textile electrodes made from the conductive fabric Shieldex® Silitex. For the measurement, a printed circuit board (hereinafter PCB) was designed, containing an ESP32-C6 microcontroller and an ADS1298 analog-to-digital converter from Texas Instruments. The device is wearable thanks to a battery and a circuit for charging and managing its state. The PCB was placed in a housing made of TPU material, designed and manufactured on a 3D printer, which incorporates a clip for attachment to a belt up to 40 mm wide. Firmware was designed for the microcontroller to correctly control the operation of the device and transmit a reliable TCP stream. For data transfer from the device, the Wi-Fi standard was used, to which a PC connects with an application developed in Python. This application can display, process, and record the signal, as well as load a recording and review it retrospectively.
