Abstract

The thesis focuses on the education and development system at ABX a.s., where it will be investigated whether the education system is well set up and what are the possibilities for its improvement. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the practical one. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to the education and development system and the practical part contains the brief characteristics of ABX a.s, further the description of its education and development system. The following is a description of the implementation of research based on the questioning method. The aim of the research is to evaluate the system and to draw conclusions and results to make possible proposals and recommendations for ABX a.s.
