Návrh na zlepšení uspořádání pracovišť v organizaci působící v oblasti metalurgie

Abstract

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is submission of proposal, which will lead to improving efficiency of manufacturing processes in company operating in the field of metalurgy. It is mainly about improving materiál flow and reorganization of the workspace in accordance with the principles of lean manufacturing. Every second saved in mass production counts, so it is important to try to find event the smallest problems. Theoretical part contains principles of lean manufacturing, ways how to reorganize work space and principles of right materiál flow. In practical part we identify weak places in current production and we are looking for solutions, which can remove these weak places.
