Rodinný dům s ateliérem

Abstract

Náplní této bakalářské práce je provedení studie stavby a dokumentace pro provedení stavby rodinného domu. Záměrem bylo provést provozně funkční jednogenerační rodinný dům, s důrazem na rozhled do okolní krajiny, jehož součástí by byl architektonický ateliér. Byl brán zřetel na oddělení privátní zóny od prostoru ateliéru. Stavba je navržena tak, aby se co nejvíce přizpůsobila této oblasti, tedy aby nenarušovala rozsáhlou okolní chatovou zástavbu a navazovala na zdejší rozsáhlou přírodu. Při návrhu objektu jsem vycházel ze získaných mapových a územě-technických podkladů, stavebně technických materiálů, doplňujících průzkumů a rozborů. Veškerá dokumentace je provedena dle platných vyhlášek a norem.

The content of this Bachelor thesis is the construction study and construction documentation for building a detached house. The intention was to realize operationally functional single-family detached house, with an emphasis on the view of the surrounding countryside, which would include architectural studio. The separation of a private zone from studio area has been acknowledged . The building is designed to accommodate this area as much as possible , therefore, not to disturb surrounding wide cottage area and build on local nature. When designing the property I relied on obtained maps and territorial technical documentation, civil engineering materials, additional surveys and analysis. All documentation is done according to applicable regulations and standards.
