Abstract

The bachelor thesis of name „A small sized company business start and its assumed course“ deals with the possibility of setting up small business. The prolouge is about evaluation small business issues and approaches to content thesis. The theoretical part is about general business information. Practical part is the instructions for setting up a company with limited liability and its subsequent development shown in the business plan. In the last chapter has been defined the basic problems and approaches of companies in the Slovak and Czech market. In conclusion is the evaluation of entrepreneurship.
