Abstract

This thesis treats of take-back in connection with valid legislation. In first part there are unit products specified, on which take-back obligation is applicable – wraps, carcasses, batteries and accumulators, mineral oils, valves and Fluor tubes, tires and electric and electronic devices. In next part of the thesis places of take-back are described – collecting yard, mobile cartage, shops, containers and car breakers yard. Also collective systems are presented here, including concrete companies on the Czech market. In the following part of the thesis, methods of treatment of products, belonging to take-back.
