The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is to develop an analysis of the design of the Functional use of a former agricultural building in Litultovice. The bachelor’s thesis will deal with the current state of the building and its relations to the surrounding area from the point of view of urban and functional organization. Based on the analysis, a concept for the new use of the building will be proposed in such a way that it respects the needs of the municipality and the principles of sustainable development.
