Detektivní osobní ochrana klienta

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku detektivní osobní ochrany s cílem zpracování bezpečnostního plánu k zajištění ochrany klienta. Teoretická část obsahuje právní rámec a kolizi technických norem s představenou službou bezpečnostních agentur. Dále jsou vytipovány a charakterizovány metody, taktické postupy, úkoly detektivní osobní ochrany a stanovení vhodného profilu osobního ochránce. Dle požadavků klienta, využití teoretické části a procesu posouzení rizik, je v práci zpracován bezpečnostní plán. Bezpečnostní plán obsahuje varianty transportních tras, definované metodiky a taktické postupy, požadavky na technické prostředky a ošetření prioritních rizik.

Bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of detective personal security, with aim to prepare a security plan to ensure the protection of the client. The theoretical part contains the legal framework and collision of technical standards with introduces service of security agencies. Methods, tactical procedures and tasks of detective personal security are identified and characterized. Further is determined a suitable profile of a personal protector. According to the client´s requirements, utilization of the theoretical part and process of risk assessment, a security plan is elaborated in the bachelor thesis. The security plan includes variants of transport routes, defined methodologies and tactical procedures, requirements of technical means and treatment of priority risks.
