Audit vybraných personálních oblastí ve výrobní společnosti

Abstract

Předmětem mé diplomové práce, která nese název “Audit vybraných personálních oblastí ve výrobní společnosti“, je, zhodnotit současný stav personálních oblastí v podniku Peveko spol, s. r. o., a identifikovat silné a slabé stránky v těchto oblastech. V teoretické části jsou identifikovány hlavní pojmy týkající se řízení lidských zdrojů a personálních činností. Tyto jsou pak analyzovány v praktické části na základě informací z interních podkladů podniku a vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření. V závěru práce jsou představena doporučení, která mohou pomoct společnosti zvýšit efektivnosti řízení lidských zdrojů, a tím i snížit fluktuaci.

The topic of the diploma thesis, entitled "Audit of selected personnel areas in a manufacturing company", is from the current state of personnel areas in the company Peveko spol., Ltd., and to identify public and weaknesses in these areas. The theoretical parts identify the main concepts related to human resource management and personnel activities. These analyzes are analyzed in parts of the documents on the basis of information from the company's internal documents and the evaluation of a questionnaire survey. At the end of the thesis, recommendations are presented that help the company to increase the efficiency of human resources management, and thus reduce turnover.
