Abstract

The aim of this dissertation work is to evaluate and analyse the present condition, employee's motivation and their job satisfaction in SHP BOHEMIA Company by the means of questionnaire research.Further, the regression and correlation analysis enables to discover relations between labour costs and revenues, and between labour costs and added values in each of selected years. The theoretical part is focused not only on elementary terms of motivation field, job satisfaction, employee's assessment, remuneration and amenities, but also it describes the terms of the regression and correlation methods. In practical part of the work the questionnaires were reviewed and such suggestions and recommendations to improve problematic field were determined that could help to increase the motivation and job satisfaction.
