Abstract
The theme of the master thesis is Evaluation of the Company Position on the Telecommunication Market. This thesis deals with the evaluation of the situation of Alberon Letohrad s.r.o. company and of competition analysis. It compares the company with a couple of direct competitors by benchmarking and evaluates the most feared of them. Based on the analysis it was found that Alberon Letohrad s.r.o. company has a good position on attractive and stable market. It has also a competitive advantage in the form of modern technologies. On the other hand it is not the strongest competitor on the market.
